Babel’s Tower in Genesis 11: When “Connectedness” is Bad

So let’s be connected.
But not out of self-exaltation or self-preservation.
It begs the questions: why are we using social media?
Are we building up our profiles or beefing up our egos,
as if adding more bricks to Babel’s tower?
Or are we working toward a
connectedness
marked my compassion,
selfless love, and divine beauty?
