IRS asserts it can read your email, chats with no warrant

Many citizens and legal experts think email and other messaging tools are protected by the Bill of Rights, but documents prepared by IRS attorneys indicate the that it thinks otherwise. The CNET report says the documents state that Americans have "generally no privacy" regarding email, Facebook chats, Twitter direct messages, and similar online communications.
