2011 @CodeforAmerica Fellows - Aaron Ogle is one of the twenty found on this link...

Aaron Ogle is a software developer for Azavea in Philadelphia where he builds location-based web applications for local governments, non-profits, and universities. He specializes in solving urban sustainability problems with such applications as PhillyStormwater.org, a web app to support Philadelphia’s new green stormwater management program, and Walkshed.org, a webapp to precisely map the walkability of multiple cities in real-time.

"Walkability is the first step to urban sustainability. It makes our neighborhoods more economically robust, reduces our impact on the environment, and improves the health of our citizens. Walkability is about making our cities better.

Walkshed can help you find a walkable way through the urban jungle. Our heat maps can help you pinpoint walkable neighborhoods that are close to the places you care about."
